Dec 08,2019I ordered the “try-on glasses” to work out what size I needed. They came in good time and I sent them back as per the instructions. I am now trying to order 2 pairs of glasses but having problems on the Dresden website uploading my prescription. Despite many messages through their website, twitter and FB messenger, they have not replied. There is no phone number to call them. Help!

Dec 06,2019I love the glasses and the prompt service. The only reason for the 4/5 is the postage. I was charged $15 for postage and was not sent them express post (which would ha e cost less than $15).

I came back yesterday and the girl working there (Anna I think her name was) gave me exceptional customer service. Showed me how to change the lenses and everything. The post office says they are talking to the sender but Brunswick not answering phone calls and no response to my latest email. Last contact (from Ryan I think) was Tuesday 26th November, am very disappointed. Would either like a fresh order organised or refund please.
