Mar 26,2019I was recommended by a friend and the shop experience was very good. Delightful staff, relaxed service and a pleasant retail experience. I was advised it would 10 to 12 working days, which I was okay with. This was on 10th December and I questioned if the holiday season would affect this and was advised probably not and if it did it would only be a few days. The delay turned out to be 4 weeks in total and two follow up calls were quite non-commital about a delivery date. This soured the overall experience that was otherwise very good.

I love the colourful frames and especially the fact that they are made from recycled materials. I look forward to having an outlet in Adelaide, so that I can also get my multi focals through Dresden also.
