Jun 22,2020I relocated from Sydney to Adelaide where there is no Dresden shop. Despite the website saying new lenses needed a personal visit, Dave at Newtown put me right advising me to send a scan of the new prescription. Everything arrived OK

Jun 14,2020Hi, normally Dresden is amazing. Everything was going well until the glasses arrived, assembled with Medium arms instead of Large as ordered. I emailed Dresden and to date have still not received a response, nor the correct arms.
