I ordered some stuff for my Moulton TSR from Driiven and there was some problems with the shipping to Sweden, the carrier didn’t pick up. B&W folding travel case - I ordered M size but late discovered it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Great communication helped to resolve and get me an alternative which I am delighted with.

Driiven electric kit - I got this via the cycle to work scheme and although it took an extra week longer than they estimated I love it and will be enjoying my Bromption every day. I'd like to add that it is best to get them to do the installation professionally.

Communication was reasonably good, although issues with holidays and the team from Driiven travelling and attending bike exhibitions as felt that they were setting up a new business. Took longer than expected for delivery.

My treasured rear bike light finally packed up. It is now discontinued (typical...). After searching hard for it online, Humancycle was the only place where it seemed to be available. The 'customer happiness officer' was really helpful in responding to my email etc. This company has a very good approach to customer service.

I purchased a Sew What large Moulton rear bag in July, and even agreed to pay an increased price over the advertised one, after Marnie told me the suppliers had dramatically increased their price. HumanCycle told me the item was posted on August 3rd and gave me a Royal Mail tracking number, which shows a package was received at the post office on that date and has not been tracked in the mail system since. Marnie said she would raise it with the PO on 25th August. Since then I have not heard from HumanCycle at all, and they have not responded to more recent email enquiries from me. I was unable to connect to their advertised phone number. Either this is very poor service indeed, or it was something worse.

Humancycle could be quicker to respond to customers who have genuine problems with their purchase and have laid down a considerable amount in the process. Hopefully all is about to end well with bike working now and transport refunds paid.

Feb 25,2025I placed an order for an electric Moulton bike from the 9 of Feb 2024 with an expected delivery date of April 2024. I corresponded back and forth throughout the next months about a confirmed shipping date. I understood that there may be valid reasons for a couple of delays but after a series of unexplained excuses throughout the months (and seasons) that have passed, this became very frustrating. I have advanced the payment when I placed the order in good faith. To date --a year later --I have not heard back from John from my last email in November when I asked again for a refund. Please do the right thing to fulfill and satisfy the customer's order. Thanks, Don
