Worst customer service ever!! Before I ordered I asked how long for them to be shipped to my zipcode. I was told 3-5 working days. After 3 working days I had not received any tracking info yet. After I called I finally got tracking emailed from UPS that they would be here next wednesday (12 full days after I ordered) It took me all day to get a supervisor on the phone. The supervisor Carlos was extremely rude and and only solution was "well if you dont like it ill just refund your order" He also told me I was lying about being told 3-5 days until I produced the chat record. (After he told me I never was told that and there was no record on his end) He never apologized or even offered a solution. I asked for someone above him and was told he was the only supervisor and nobody was above him. Stay away, far far away from this company!!!
Terrible company and the worst brake rotors I have ever purchased. Do not buy there products. I have a 2015 Corvette basic Stingray and the product only lasted 3 months. They said they would replace but would not cover the labor charges.
After ordering my brakes and rotors from this company, after 2-3 weeks of them being installed they squealed and made loud noises. I emailed the company about my concerned and they told me that i had to wait till i drives on them for a certain amount of miles before it would stop. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to drive, which in return had me past my 30 days of purchase and i literally have no pads left and i’ve been driving like that for months now because i can’t fathom to spend about $500 on new ones and the labor to have them put on in less than a 6 month span. I’m far from a happy customer. They sure know how to talk their way out of things to someone who doesn’t know anything about vehicles. Not trusting at all, very cheap company for way to high of a price. Will never buy from this company or refer them to anyone i know. If anything, i’ll stir people away and make sure no one buys from them. 👎
This review is 100% based on my customer service over a series of days. Ok?!? My situation was a bit unique. However, throughout it all, I never lost hope because there was always a customer service representative reaching out to me via email or responding via chat. Thank you guys for working with me quickly to resolve my issues. Order Number: 110026126 Order Date: 2022-06-18
I will be a repeating customer. The delivery of my rotors n breaks, came in sooner than i expected. The rotors and breaks are great. I did not ordered the drilled rotors so i cannot confirm the other reviews about them. But what i ordered so far is great especially for the price can't beat it.
Shipping took 7 days, they are much lighter then the same ones I buy from AutoZone. The pads are cheep, don't recommend and also these google ratings never show up till you type in ratings after there website name in search bar.
I ordered Drilled slotted rotors all around for both of my NEW Toyota's . A Tundra and a Sequoia . These are new cars with NO brake issues. I just wanted better stopping power and lower heat braking. right after installation the front rotors started squeaking on the Tundra. Then the front brakes on the Sequoia a couple of days later. I called the Company and they said I "glazed" them by braking too hard . This is before I told them I put them on two different cars with two different drivers that have two different driving patterns. The company acted concerned at first then just stopped talking with me completely when Myself and my mechanic told them that the inferior product they sold me was at fault. The Ceramic brake pads are crap also. I am always having to remove the dust from my rims on both vehicles every couple of days. The customer service of this company is bad and so is the product they sell. I wish I would have read a review like this (honest) before I spent all the money on them . Horrible .Then instead of refunding me , they send me a message you can all read saying to contact them again !!! Hahahahaha . No Thank You ! I really do not need that kind of trauma in my life (again) I have had enough of you “customer service” that acts concerned and does nothing . I learned a good lesson - thank you .
Delivery was a few days. Parts fit perfect. Clips and pads and drilled slotted rotors for my priusC. NOBODY has them and the price was great. Also used the discount code. I will definitely use them next brake job. Super happy
Please listen to all these reviews. This is by far the worst auto part website to order from. I did not read the reviews before I placed an order with them. I placed an order for a 2015 Lexus brake pads front and back including rotors. I did not received any confirmation order number nor invoice with my shipment. When I tired to reach out to customer services over the phone no one pick up. So I ended up using online chat. The representative named Alvie was like “oh you have placed a wrong order for a Toyota Avalon brakes, these brakes are not compatible with you 2015 Lexus ES 350”. I was explaining to them that this must been a mistake on your end. I did placed the correct order. The representative told me to send it back and I would be responsible for the shipping cost due to my mistake. I was super upset, since I know it isn’t my fault. I finally asks them to send me a copy of my invoice as well as check the model of my brakes. Little did I know that the brakes I’ve ordered is compatible with my 2015 Lexus ES 350. I was stressing for the entire day how to send these heavy parts back without breaking my bank. Therefore who would ever thought that their representative is so incompetent as well as lacking of knowledge. They also make a comment saying “My apologies for YOUR mistake”! This will be the first and last time ordering from the company. Disappointed!
A company you definitely do not want to purchase from. I purchased the black zinc front and back brake kit for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I received a phone call from the mechanic stating the back rotors were too big and the front did not provide enough clearance for the caliber. Needless to say, when I called the company for a refund/exchange, the first time, the person on the phone tried to tell me I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT vice a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. After going back and forth she acknowledge the brakes are the same for all models with the exception of the SRT. I was missing the part numbers and called back the next day to start this discussion again. After explaining what happened, the female on the phone wanted pictures...not happening unless they're paying the mechanic again. Then she said, since I used the website itself and not the live chat, that they did not cover the shipping. This doesn't make sense... I'm assuming she is thinking that the shipping cost will be more or equal to the cost of the brake kits. I tried using their live chat at 736am, because their website states hours of operation are from 6am to 6pm...guess what they're closed now. The same thing happened on Saturday in which their website states they open at 10 on Saturdays that isn't accurate. She is stated that I had until the 31st for a refund/exchange. However there website states 30 days from when the customer receives the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Yep !!! Like everyone else on here I ordered from this place before reading the reviews. The mechanics shop just called me to let me know drilled rotors . Com sent me pads with no hardware in the box. SMH is all I can say. They got me to. You would think when you order front and rear rotors and pads as a brake kit , one would assume the pads hardware would be in the box with the pads like every other brake kit. After reading these reviews I see I was expecting to much from drilled rotora.com. Thanks for nothing …
I purchased my drilled rotors and brakes for my 2012 mustang v6 and they fitted perfect 👍 also fast delivery 📦 , I purchased them back in April 2021 . I’ll be buying the rear rotors and brake kit very soon
Issue resolved...I purchased rotors from this company , was sent the wrong ones. Customer support is very bad... No follow up calls or emails only 1 spam email. Dont understand why it is spam.. Now i can not get a return label because Rose said the connection does not work.. No managers or superiors to talk and resolve issue.
Order a rotor and pad kit for my BMW, was sent the wrong ones. I called to exchange and was informed that they would send out an email with instuctions for the return. I followed them, was told my replacement rotors would sent as soon as UPS had a tracking # for the return. A week later i called to get tracking # for new rotors.was informed that the replacement rotors are out of stock and wont be in stock till June. So to recap, i was sent the wrong rotors, the company gave me 4 days to return the wrong rotors. Was told they were in stock. This company has abysmal customer service, will lie to you! So if you order from this company, you will have problems as i did.
its ok.....k
Sent me the wrong size rotors despite having confirmed the vehicle fit on their website. Called for a refund and said they would send me an email for directions. Never got the email. This place is a joke don’t buy from them the 5 star reviews are probably fake. Stupid company, guy who owns it probably likes being pegged.
I am not a novice about auto parts and cars. I specifically ordered a brake set for my BMW 428i. The Original Invoice clearly states “BMW 428i”. Yet, they sent me brakes for a 228i that don’t fit. So after a few emails and a phone call and reminding and showing them numerous times that THEY made the mistake of sending me the wrong parts, they had me pay $61 in shipping to return the wrong parts and pay the difference to get the correct ones. Why should I incur return costs for a mistake they made. In a 3-email exchange and clearly showing the original invoice and that it was their mistake, not an inch of movement on their part to accept blame and pay for return shipping. Always placing the responsibility with me. I am desperate to get the right brakes, so had to return the wrong ones they sent and pay $61 out of pocket. They should reimburse me the $61 or reduce the price of the new parts I am getting by that amount. But all requests fell on deaf ears. It almost seems that they purposely ignored the parts that said “your mistake” on all emails. And gave me canned answers on returns and shipping. Even if the return shipping had cost $5, it’s still their responsibility because they made the mistake. How much more proof than the original invoice showing I ordered correctly do they need? I assume saving $61 is worth losing a customer and having this information revealed to potential customers and my friends and family. Sometimes it’s hard to understand how some companies still don’t understand that greed will never ever be a good choice in the end. Owning four cars currently will undoubtedly cause me to purchase more brakes in the future, but based on this experience, looks like Autozone or O’Reillys might be my only options.
Sent wrong pads and after returning it back 2 days later never got my credit back. What a joke.
I ordered a break in rotor kit on the 29th of December and apparently they won't be here until the 13th of January... So much for the three to five business days... Anyways after reading all the bad reviews I hope my parts fit... Just wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered... Lol... Notice how drilled rotors has a generic reply for everybody's review... So please drilled rotors don't send me to Mike from accounting because Mike can't help me...

Apr 16,2023Over a year since I’ve installed these rotors and I was pleasantly surprised, I only have one concern though. When changing out the pads, the shims never fit. I had to beat the pad on one time (which you should never do) and it froze up on the rotor. In the front, I had to only use one shim instead of the usual two. Other than that, I haven’t had any serious problems.
