Horrendous experience with this company. The first order got cancelled after placing as it seems the car they promised wasn't available after all . Gave them the benefit of the doubt as they assured me I would get the 2nd vehicle. As I hadn't heard I chased them 5 days before delivery and it seems the order again had been cancelled the week before, but no attempt to contact me to tell me and now left carless for the Christmas period. They then wanted to sell me the same deal for a 3rd time at a much inflated price. Needless to say customer service is horrendous - terrible attitude regarding keeping customers informed and even worse when trying to resolve. Happy to take the order but then you have to chase and chase. I was a fool to give them the benefit of the doubt. AVOID!

Brilliant customer service.my first time leasing and I found it Completely stress free from start to finish. All staff from sales advisors to the man who dropped my car off were so friendly and helpful.

VERY helpful Team. Not only were the prices great (which is probably what drew me to them initially), but their team were always very helpful, responding to all emails / questions very quickly, and sorting all queries out straight away - but everything ran very smoothly, and we got the car we wanted, with the extras we wanted, in the colour we wanted, at the price we wanted, delivered within two weeks of the enquiry!

Had a good experience with Drivespeed Leasing. Competitive price. A couple of hiccups along the way but seemed to be caused more by Tesla than Drivespeed Leasing. Luke and Shane particularly helpful

I have used personal leasing companies for my last four cars, and this was the first time I had found and used Drivespeed Leasing, as I’d been let down by the previous company I’d dealt with before. The service I’ve had on this has been second to none, especially given the current climate and new car production issues - I got immediate calls back from not just the representative before going ahead with the order, but throughout the process I was kept up to date with weekly updates and given realistic timescales which were met to the day! I won’t hesitate to use them again, they have been a breath of fresh air and dealt with me exactly how a customer should be treated. Well done!

Although the car took 5 months to go through because of problems with the finance company which were maybe due to lockdown,covid 19 etc I thought your company(drivespeed) done a patient and sterling job,so from me a big thankyou and will certainly use yourselves again in the not to distant future.
