Mar 19,2024I placed an order on the 3rd of February, though I never noticed temporary close notif (that went up ON the day on instagram). They didn’t close down the online shop however, as they alleged they did, and so my order went through and I got an invoice in my email, money taken from my account too. Since the 3rd of February, I’ve tried to email, text, call, Facebook, instagram, and WhatsApp the seller, and have had zero acknowledgment or order. I’m now seeing people who ordered a week ago getting their orders, but I have not had a scrap of correspondence at all. I can’t even get a refund. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed, and am at a loss on what to do.
