Good customer service, item sent out straight away and arrived but in the end I only needed a jubilee clip .. lol typical , at least I have a spare elbow part ,if I need one ..haha

Emailed with a problem with my shower , and quick friendly reply with the part listed that was needed to fix it, quick delivery and worked perfect . Definitely will use again if I need replacement parts

Unfortunately the second hand shower pump for my Mira vigour was to noisy to use when I first contacted Dublin shower repair looking for a spare pump they were very helpful and explained the only change the carbon brushes . I would use them again for other parts if needed but not for shower pumps .

Having previously posted a not so pleased review the company got in touch through this platform and from there it was possible the resolve the issue. I am glad to say that the company were more than amicable in dealing with my complaint and for that I am truly great full. Fair play to their customer relations and those that monitor the reviews.
