I couldn't be more happy with their service. Barry is a nice person, he's been open to arranging the most appropriate time for me and available to come the morning after. I costed the work upfront and stuck to it. He was on time, fixed my shower very quick and then showed me how he did the job.

My Aqualisa shower had stopped working. Barry came out to repair the shower unit (we thought it might be the motor), but instead found it was a transformer problem. He was able to replace the transformer and the shower was working again within 10 mins. Very knowledgable and really good service. Didn't try to upsell or anything.
