This company is the best. Fabulous products that are natural and actually good for our skin. But they are genuinely good people who care about our world AND their customers. I had ordered some more of the travel size cleanser balm, as it’s amazing & has regulated my crazy menopausal facial skin beautifully. I couldn’t afford the full size as I have long term illnesses and can’t work. Melanie (or another member of the team) don’t know this, yet unbeknownst to me, there was a note on the order sheet to swap it for a full size at no extra cost…it was such a wonderful surprise when it arrived! I was soooo touched. I’m slowly introducing other of their products in to my routine, as I have to be super careful with my hyper reactive body these days. But I have already added their eye cream into my routine too, and it’s just gorgeous. I’d give this company 10 stars if I could!
I’ve been using white rabbit for almost a year, as one of my 2024 resolutions was to take better care of myself. After having 2 babies I’d neglected myself for 4 years, and wanted to feel like myself again. I ordered a few of their bestsellers (cleansing balm, calming cream, avocado serum, and hair oil - to try and help with the postpartum hair loss). I was so impressed with the quality that I placed another order a month or two later to replace all of my skincare products with white rabbit. I used to have some really oily patches and other really dry areas on my face, but WRS has really helped even it all out. Even with all the cold weather my skin hasn’t become dry and flaky, like it used to. I saw another review refer to WRS as a little home spa experience and it’s so true! I’ve never been good at sticking with a skincare routine as it’s always felt like a bit of a chore. But with WRS I look forward to removing my make up and taking that time to feel pampered. The mint face wash even makes it easier to get out of bed in the morning, as I know how refreshing it is and how much better it makes me feel afterwards. And the packaging makes it feel even more luxurious, whilst also being sustainable. It sounds cheesy but for me white rabbit is more than skincare, it’s my self care. The orders can take a little time to arrive due to it being a small business, but the customer service is excellent and it’s nice to know I’m supporting a brand who genuinely care.
I recently ordered some products from White Rabbit and received the free sample set of moisturisers. I have very sensitive skin and all of the products work well with my skin. My favourite so far is the rose and frankincense cream. Some reviews have said the products are expensive but I don't agree - you get 100ml of face cream for the price other companies charge for 50ml. Will definitely be trying more!
The Orange & Chocolate lip balm is lumpy & simply horrible on the lips Very home made The cleansing balm is basically , smell & texture of raw Shea butter , as raw Shea butter is inexpensive . This makes this incredibly expensive !!! This range of skincare seems so basic & homemade . Very dissapointed
I started using White Rabbit Skincare 2 months ago after seeing an ad on IG. Let me just say that at almost 40yrs old I have never had a skincare routine. I'd buy cleansers/toners/moisturiser and use them once or twice, then give them away. I hated the feeling on my skin and my very sensitive skin always reacted badly. I even stopped wearing foundation years ago as I hate the feeling of anything wet on my skin. This year I have been making a real effort to make more eco friendly choices. So I ordered a few things from White Rabbit Skincare. Right away I could tell the products are high quality. My skin reacted so well and I don't experience the usual texture issues. I now own every single White Rabbit Skincare item 😄 The lime & coconut cleaning water is great at removing makeup quickly without drying out my skin. I use the rose clay mask a few times a week, such a treat for tired skin! I have all 4 moisturisers and I go between them all, depending on were my skin is at. I use the anti aging face cream on my chest every day and it really gives that auld area a boost. The calming face cream is amazing if you've redness/sensitive skin. I use the night cream every night 2hrs before bed to give it time to sink in and in the morning my skin is so lovely and smooth. If I've left it too late to give 2hrs for the night cream, I use the sensitive face cream as it sinks in so fast. The carrot seed eye cream has helped my dark circles and also with the dry patches in that area too. All the moisturisers work well as a base under make up too. The glycolic acid cleanser I use on Sunday evenings as my face gets very red afterwards (as expected, it tells you this online!) and I put the calming cream on afterwards. It really "wakes up" my skin and reduces fine lines, also notice my deeper forehead lines are a lot less visible - bonus! I bought all the lip balms- they arrived in a lovely wee velvet pouch, nice touch! They are very pretty colours on their own for those " no make up make days". Instead of lipstick, I use lip liner to colour my whole lips, then I dap some of the coloured balm to give a nice sheen. They're really good for blush too! My favourite one to use for blush is "the time has come". I think my favourite product has to be the olive and avocado serum. It had sooo many uses. I use it on my face on top of moisturiser for a healthy glow (I just learned I'm supposed to put it on BEFORE moisturiser 😄), I works great as a hair oil. I put some on towel dried hair and my brush just glides right through so no longer need usual hair oils. It's fab for when your hair is dry and you have those annoying flyaway strands, rub a few drops between palms and I gently put my hands through my hard and use my fingertips to tame the wee annoying fluffy front hairs. Doesn't make my extremely thin hair greasy which is usually a big problem for me. I use it after shaving to calm my skin, rub some on legs for a nice sheen if wearing a dress or shorts. I've been using it on my 5yr old sons cheek scar from an operation he had and it's really improving the appearance. Sorry for such a lengthy review, I just love these products so much! I've been raving to friends and family. They're all getting WRS for Christmas 😄💚
Good service
I love that this is a small family run business that uses pure and organic ingredients BUT at the end of the day the real test of any product is if it does what it promises . My skin feels so loved and nourished after using these products. No stinging , no breakouts and my skin feels so soft and clearly brighter.... even my husbands sees the glow ✨️ Customer Service is on point as they say. I had a small delivery problem ( Royal Mail issue )and it was all sorted .... no drama. The big companies could take a leaf from there book! My products last so long making these so affordable for me compared to big on the shelf brands. And I love that I can send back my beautiful pots (paid by WR) and get discount on my bext purchase. Kind to my skin and kind to the environment.
Absolutely OBSESSED with White Rabbit Skincare! Literally everything about it. I love the fact that the products are hand made, vegan friendly and cruelty free 🐰 plus they are absolutely divine to use. And I’m all about supporting small businesses, cause let’s face it - their income stays in the UK 💁♀️ and you make one person super happy compared to being a drop in the pond to big companies. I currently use the cleansing water, the toner, the cleansing balm and the coconut and rosehip moisturiser. My fav is the cleansing balm because it smells incredible and gently exfoliates my skin without using anything to harsh (thanks super sensitive skin 🙄) Do yourself a favour and try White Rabbit. 💜 My only ‘compliant’ is they don’t do a product I can cover my body in 💁♀️😂
Gifted - OK cream bit costly to buy
Have struggled to find moisturisers for middle-aged skin that are ethical AND effective. These products are both! You do have to give your skin time to adapt to using natural products though. Now I've made the switch, I won't go back! The olive & avocado serum is the best! Also super friendly and helpful team who get back quickly with any queries. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend White Rabbit Skincare. They have fantastic products and a brilliant ethos. Great customer service too – Melanie is a delight to speak to.
Amazing produce, made with care. The cleansing water is absolutely magic.
One of the best skincare brands I have used. Everything makes my skin feel so fresh and I would highly recommend!
Lovely small Scottish business with well thought out skincare options. The chocolate orange lipbalm is my favourite and something I've gifted to others! Also love the Chamomile and Carrotseed eye cream.
Best skincare brand I have ever used. Their products are gentle, refreshing, smell and feel amazing and work with your skin. All of the products I have used leave my skin clean, soft and hydrated (which is really important when you live in the windy Scottish Highlands!). I love that all products are vegan and cruelty free, and are made in small batches by the owner. The owner is very responsive to any questions and happy to advise what products to use and how to use them. 100% recommend.
ACTUALLY LOVE THESE PRODUCTS SO FAR AND MAKING MY WAY THROUGH THEM... THEY ARE ALSO GREAT AT OFFERING DISCOUNTS AT VARIOUS TIMES ... LOVE MORE PRODUCTS FOR THE OVER 50S PLEASE!
Love this brand, not only is Melanie clued up on everything skin care, she goes out of her way to help contribute to sustainable / cruelty free products. my favourite is the clay mask, to help draw dirt from the skin better than some of the big name products used previously.
Didn't notice any difference in my skin after using, and not a fan of the smell. Overpriced compared to other (more) sustainable skincare brands.
Absolutely love this brand. The rose and orange night cream, orange blossom and aloe vera toner, and lavender and eucalyptus cleansing balm smell incredible and have left my skin smooth and soft. The eco-packaging is very attractive.

Mar 06,2025I've been using White Rabbit Skincare for a year now, and it has completely changed (saved) my skin. I've spent the past couple of decades buying high end branded skincare products, but hadn't educated myself on what was in them. Im in my late 30s now and decided I would do a lot of research before investing in a long term skincare product, and that brought me to White Rabbit. A year later and I cannot imagine being without it. My sensitive skin has not looked better, and better still I know i am not using harmful ingredients. My primer and make up sit beautifully on top of it , and when it comes to removing it the cleanse, tone and night time moisturizer not only so they send me to bed feeling like I've been to a spa but my skin is amazing when I get up. I've had issues with my skin all my life until I started using these products, and never normally write reviews despite being a shopping addict, but came on here after my most recent purchase because I feel like this is one of those super rare companies who are ethical, honest and care about making a product that actually makes a difference. I would be lost without it now, highly recommend!
