The DueDilio team's diligence process helped me avoid buying a business (~$2 mm) that would have been very costly for me to continue running. He asked a number of questions to define the project, including my budget and necessary outputs. He gave me several helpful resources, and also introduced me to 3 contractors. I spoke to each and found one who I seemed to mesh with. The actual contractor, Nick, did far more than I could have hoped for in analyzing the deal, gathering new input, talking to me about how I was feeling in the process and even negotiating on my behalf with a business broker. I would not hesitate to send a friend or colleague to DueDilio.
