I got a complete rundown of all the features of my new bike. felt like an Ebike pro by the time i left. There was no upsell of useless guff like some other stores do. They didn't tell me, despite sending photos and asked specifically how the cogs were removed that specialist equipment was required. I would have preferred to be told that up front. It would have saved a lot of wasted time and energy.

Conveniently, the laptop pocket fits 2 mason jars in perfectly which is great for riding to get bubble tea in reusable jars.

Aug 04,2023I called the Dyson company as I needed a new charger for my Dyson Ebike , the person I spoke to ( can't recall his name ) was very helpful gave me good advise & sent me the correct charger to the Gold coast which I received a couple of days later . Very happy with the service .
