Jan 11,2019Excellent. Exceeded expectations. Waiting for us as we came out of terminal. Driver loaded all our 9 cases. Comfortable ride home although motorway closed at one point but driver did a detour no problem. On arriving home he unloaded all cases and made sure we were happy. Although journey took 2 hours, a bit longer than expected there was no extra charge.This is second time we have used company and certainly will again, cannot rate high enough. WELL DONE and Thank you.

Dec 01,2018We booked a taxi for 10 people and they showed up 30 mins late for 8 people, so they expected our party to leave 2 people behind?! We booked this taxi two days in advance so you should have been prepared. Apalling customer service.

Nov 02,2018A great journey to the port in southampton with Terry to the port and collection by max from Heathrow back to Bournemouth. both drivers friendly and polite and on time and very comfortable car. 100% perfection I cant say or rate highly enough. I dont live in the area if I did Eagle flyer would be my first number to phone, thank you

Jan 09,2018I have used this company several times for minibus airport transfers going from Poole area to Gatwick,Luton and Southampton airports varying between 6 to 8 people. Every time the drivers have been on time (early but waited),smart,polite,friendly and very communicative on drop off and collection times. The VW mini buses have always been clean inside and out. I would certainly recommend this company and have already booked them for future transfers.

Nov 30,2017We used eagle flyers in may 2017 to get to and from Gatwick airport. No text confirming pick up, although arrived on time. Good customer service on trip to Gatwick. Although I had asked for executive we just had a standard Volkswagen. I was expecting the seats facing each other and the table as per the picture advertised but no. I didn't complain, the driver seemed nice. On pick up from the airport. There was no greeting in arrivals as we were expecting. The driver was running late, these things happen, after an 11 hour flight we just wanted to get home. With 7 suitcases and two children We then had to try and find the driver in the car park (instead of meeting us at arrival entrance) whilst he had a cigarette. The driver again seemed nice but for he price I paid, it definitely wasn't executive. Would I use them again, probably not as you can get executive travel for the same price and reliable. I do not have the wrong firm. It was 4 large suitcases and 3 hand luggage cases. No text was received as stated. The driver was late and contacted me as we had come out of arrivals. He was half an hour late. And we then had to find him in the car park. To which he was smoking. I am entitled to give my feedback and review of true account of what happened. As I said the drivers were nice but for the price I paid and expected executive, I probably wouldn't use you again as I do not feel as though I received that.

Sep 17,2016Driver was 40 minutes late. Made 7 of us late for an evening cruise from Southampton Had to run with only 3 minutes to spare . Ruined our evening as we were so late could not get a table for all 7 of us. . Emailed company no response

Mar 26,2016Unfortunately i have had a bad experience with this company. I required an 8 seater taxi from the start. I rang multiple times re-iterating this fact and times confirmation. On the way there we did receive our already paid for 8 seater but on the way back it was only a 7. I did write to complain only to be told by Charlotte that i never said i needed 8. That i stated i needed 6. If this was the case by booking confirmation e-mail would not be saying that i need a 8 seater taxi. I would rather an apology admitting their mess up rather than trying to put the blame on me!! Not using again!! You did lie in your reply Charlotte, you told me i said 6, this was NEVER EVER said. i said 8 from the start!!! How dare you make out this has been my fault. Customers like me? I spoke to Charlotte so many time and she reassured me all would go well that my booking was 8 people 3 children requiring a car set. I was happy with the pick up We was not rude at all and was grateful. I confirmed with the driver being picked 8 seater and the car seats again. IF what you said was true why did no one state i was to only take back 6. Charlotte HAS lied in her reply all i wanted was her to just admit fault with an apology. However i get a silly reply blaming me and telling me i broke policy.

Oct 05,2015My husband and I used Eagle Flyer to travel from Bournemouth the Southampton airport last month. Eagle Flyer picked us up on time both ends, was extremely comfortable and the driver Terry was very friendly. We would definitely use Eagle Flyer again and highly recommend them.

Mar 03,2014This is an airport shuttle service that boarding on a executive chauffeur company. I fly every week and getting to and from Heathrow is part of my weekly routine. To be picked up and straight into a nice plush new Audi and taken home directly for the for less price that the train and station taxi fare is amazing.

Feb 12,2014I used the online quote engine, phoned the number on the website to book. They confirmed the booking and called me again the day before pick up. A new, clean 8 setaer shuttle took us all to Heathrow within 2 hours at the euivalent of £15 per head, cheaper, faster and way more comfortable than the train.

Jun 13,2023First time I used these guys. Quote was competitive and communication leading up to the journey was great. Prompt pick-up from friendly professional driver. Return journey airport pick-up was smooth and driver used local knowledge to bypass major traffic jam. Would definitely use again and recommend.
