Lewis in Customer Services called back and kindly supplied the additinal item FOC, because my online order had already been despatched. A smart company knows good customer service is key.

Apr 24,2024Top a little thinner than the one it replaced but works fine. VERY prompt delivery, which was important as the old one was full of seedling and seeds just staring .. they needed the bottom heat. would recommend to anyone.

It's an excellent product, easy to put together with the supplied parts, sturdy and is perfect for plants where you need that extra height. Wouldn't hesitate to order another. Sent out the same day. Can't fault at all. Thanks v much for a great service.
