Apr 09,2022Ordered the medium heat propagator with height extender set, paid for delivery on the Friday. Received email on Tuesday from UPS it would be delivered, no delivery (wasn’t even in the area still be transported to delivery depot), Wednesday email your parcel will be delivered, 17.59 driver attempted delivery, to the wrong postcode. Emailed Earlygrow asking, response was not helpful instead, they authorised it to be left safe. Eventually received the parcel. My main issue with the propogator, the heated tray is significantly smaller at the bottom than the top so takes up more space on the shelf than necessary, annoying when space is at a premium. The height is extender is good quality plastic and the extender is easy to put together. It is more expensive than other heated propogators. I was asked for review of the product and service, the review hasn’t been posted on the website. There seems very little about this company. Don’t bother with them, more hassle than it worth

Sep 07,2023Ordered online, paid by Paypal, received email informing of despatch with tracing code. Code not recognised, emailed company which was bounced back. Cannot get ito my account on companies website! Phoned but no reply. What else can I do? Last resort get my money back via Paypal.
