Feb 15,2021First of all,Dan was excellent in his initial visit. Matt and Pete installed the equipment. They arrived on time,prepared the entrance with dust sheets,adhered to covid rules and got on with the job.They were both pleasant and friendly.On completion,they cleaned up,demonstrated the equipment and explained in clear directions. Feb 05,2021The overall experience was perfect prompt attention professionally handled however when the survey was done we were advised that it would be necessary to remove our bathroom wash basin and vanity unit to facilitate the fitting . This was done at a cost not to mention inconvenience nay downright difficulty to my severely disabled wife beng without a bathroom wash basin for several days only to be told by both plumber and joiner that it h ad been completely unecessary and the fitting could have been done ,without this expense and inconvenience and indeed on completion this was obvious even to a layman.

Jan 12,2021The two men, James and Richard who came to fit my bath lift were amazing, very efficient and helpful. The product will change my life as I have had to shower for the past 20 years, I can finally have a bath! The rep who came, Simon was great too, he spent two hours giving us a full demonstration and answered all our questions very knowledgeable. Extremely pleased with the whole process from the initial phone call to the installation and so quickly too, all within a week. Highly recommended.

Nov 18,2020Very reliable company, arrived when they said they would, both for no obligation demo and final installation. Dave B was the fitter who did mine, and despite a very early start and a long drive, he was cheerful, and a quick worker. All done in 40 mins. Only one small issue, I still cannot see how to remove the belt so others have use of the bath. I've phoned to ask for help, but no one has called back yet. I'm sure it is easy, I just can't work it out! Edit, since writing this I have received a very helpful phonecall from the fitter, along with a short video to demonstrate. Great service all round, thankyou. Have updated to 5 stars!

Oct 23,2020They worked very professionally although my tiles were very hard to drill they never stopped until they completed the job. Also they explained the working of the bath lift very well and they cleaned up after themselves. They came in wearing masks and gloves.

The engineers who fitted it were polite and efficient. All extra accessories available were clearly explained. I have found the equipment excellent for my use. Thank you

Mar 03,2020From the minute I clicked to download a brochure my life changed completely. I received a phone call and accepted a salesperson to visit within a couple of days . The salesman Christian was very polite and friendly and not pushy , he demonstrated the whole concept of what I would receive and let me try it out in my kitchen . I asked lots of questions and he answered everything and made me feel confident about what I was buying . Within a week of this visit I was bathing with ease . The guys turned up , very caring and polite and fitted my easy bathe within 30 minutes. Explained and showed me everything I needed to know . Very expertly done. I couldn’t of asked for anything better from the salesman down to the technicians . This has changed my life completely, and now I bathe without any worries of falling . My problem was getting out the bath but not anymore. It’s so easy to use and very sturdy . I’m so confident now . This is the easiest, best thing I could of imagined it could be . It’s saved me so much money and upset of redesigning my bathroom into a shower room , when really I preferred to bathe than shower . I highly recommend anyone who wants to keep a bath to try this . Makes life easy again . It’s neat even in a small bathroom like I’ve got , and has a handset to lower yourself up and down . It comes with a handrail and “up and down “buttons on the unit , so it’s your choice how you work it . The seat attached is really good and I’ve no worries now of getting my legs over the side of the bath as it sits flush to the bath . Fantastic idea that really makes life and bathing simple again . Thank you all .

Mar 02,2020The representative new his product,was not at all keen on the subtle pressure to sign up there and then nor I will call you in 4/5 days.Price as quoted expensive.Eventually purchased after further research,Installation team efficient, could have cleared up better after completing work.
