Iโ€™m very satisfied with my order. It was delayed because it was out of stock but MAHAZ reached out to me to make if I want to wait a little longer or get my refund. It was only an extra 4 days . I really appreciate her taking the time to let me know. I will definitely buy from them again

I had an issue with the color availability on one unit. I did all my corresponding with Dejonna D. She navigated the entire steps promptly and issued the options. I ordered a different unit in substitute it was slightly higher and she was able to apply the minimal additional amount.. I am very pleased. The thoroughness of the agent was impeccable. MAHAZ Was very helpful in customer service. Quick response I had questions about my shipping very pleased with the competitive pricing will be ordering another wig from them. I also liked that they had colors that were not available on the other websites I checked.

Oh man, I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Iโ€™ve been ordering from this company since 2006 and have never seen anything like this. I placed an order online on November 18th. They didnโ€™t give me an order number. Took my money out of the bank on November 19th. So I called and the mailbox was full so I emailed them and told them, gave them my name and address and copy of bank statement where they took the money out and then on November 28th Daejonna D emailed me and said my order was with there shipping department and I would be receiving shipping information within 24-72 hours. I waited 4 days emailed her again off of the email she sent me and she needs an order number which they didnโ€™t give me so now I have to go to my bank tomorrow because this clearly seems to be fraud and a scam. So unfortunately I will have to find another company to buy from.

iI got an email from Ebonyline wigs, letting me know the color I wanted was out of stock and for me to optional choose a different color, my thoughts of Daejonna D to respond so quickly was very professional.

Ebony Online has the Worst shipping. I've been waiting 3 wks for 1 item . I knew I should have stayed with my other online shopping retailer (better selection & faster shipping) Ebony Online just lost this customer.

I would give 0 if possible. I received the wig yesterday and it was awful!!! I ordered a silver bob and received a WHITE wig that was shedding. I could see my hair through the wig! WORSE WIG Iโ€™VE EVER SEEN, DO NOT BUY IT!!

I spent $59 on 2 wigs. I was later informed by email that one the items was not available and I had 3 days to chose an alternative product and inform them. They did not even have the decency to discuss refund option. I immediately replied to their email (within hours) stating that I was not interested in alternative options. I wanted exactly what I paid for or nothing at all but my money back. They ignored my email and chaser. I had to jump on the chat on the website to discuss my order with someone (Dae). They claimed they never received my email and said they had shipped order without the actual unavailable item (when order status is still showing "processing" on their website) without respecting their own 3 day-deadline and dodging the topic of refund. In the end, I paid for an unavailable product listed as available on that website and won't get my money back. Unprofessional, rude, careless, attitudey, unethical, a disgrace of a "company". Never experienced such poor customer service, not even from Aliexpress sellers. Ladies, please do not waste your time and money on this website. You will be deceived. I hope this helps.
