I'm just trying to figure out my order. It will be the last time ordering from them. Great wigs but customer service is terrible!

Nov 16,2022I had been a customer for years, and never had any problems, never had to communicate with customer service until recently. Over the years I had read reviews from various sites, and was like WOW, I have never experienced that...... But I did, and I will never, ever order from them again. I wanted this Freetress London Girl wig, and saw it was listed on their Facebook website for $17.95, but listed on their website for $19.99. I emailed them regarding the price difference, that I wanted to purchase for the Facebook price. They requested a picture which I attached to my email, and I ordered two. OMG, the nastiness, and the threats started with each response from them. I was told I would be refunded the difference in the price - never happened (even though it was only $4.08) which they thought was funny. I was told they have over 500 orders daily to get out, and don't have time to just focus on my problem. I was told if I keep complaining, asking questions, etc.. I would be blocked from ordering with them. They don't have to be concerned about that because this was my last order with them. I refuse to spend money with this type of nastiness. I was so outdone.

I had forgotten to write down my order number and I did not get an automated email with the information, but as soon as I emailed, I received an email response the next day with details of the purchase, the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
