I really like ordering on ebonyline.com...the produits are great...as shown on the photos. Larissa has been very helpful, with the different question that I had. I live in the caribbean, and when shipped, the delivery is very fast...I recommend!!!

The 100% human hair for a weave wad delivered quickly. The price was less than it would have been at a local shop. Mahaz is wonderful to work with.

I WAS SO HAPPY TO FIND THE JAEL UNIT WITH EBONYONLINE SITE. ORDERING WAS EASY SHIPPING WAS FAST AS WELL. GOT HERE ON TIME FOR WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR. NOT TO MENTION IT WAS SOFT AND MAGNIFICENT. THANK YOU LARISSA ORDER# 1734850 WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED

Previously I have been satisfied with this company but several of my orders this year have not arrived in a timely manner. I will be hesitant about ordering from them in the future. I usually only use them if they have something in stock that glamourtress.com doesn't. I'll stick to glamourtress.com going forward

I paid for shipping and was told my order would be here in 3-8 business days. It is not going on 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. I didn't get a shipping confirmation and there is no customer service number.

I absolutely love my Sensationnel Butta Unit #5 and my Zury Beyond Your Imagination Kenzie lace front units. Ebonyline has a large selection of beautiful wigs. Both of my units are very lightweight and the lace is practically undetectable. The hair looks and feels so natural, in addition the price was great and the shipping was fast. My experience with their customer service has always been positive. Ebonyline will always be my go to place to find a good quality lace front wig, and hair products at a good price.

I've ordered from them many times in the past and received my items with no problem. However, yesterday, they offered same day shipping if I placed my order before 4:00 PM EST. I place my order at 12:30 PM and never received any tracking info!! I tried calling today but they don't answer their phone. So, I had to email them. Needless to say, their diversity hires leave a lot to be desired in the customer service department! The ratchet rep that I had the displeasure of communicating with told me that I read it wrong on the website. I had to screenshot that fool exactly what was listed on the website. I simply said to cancel my order but now, she's saying she has to check to see if it can be cancelled...... Why can't it be??? The order hasn't even been processed for shipping out. I'll probably have to go through my bank to cancel now. Absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered from ebonyline.com on March 20th and today on March 30th there is absolutely no new shipping information given so I don’t even have anything to track. I feel like I just got scammed out of my money πŸ‘ŽπŸΏ do not buy from here

My order states "suspected fraud" on the order screen? I message the customer service chat and I am told ALL orders state this. Excuse me? How blatantly rude! We as black women NEED to find alternative hair shopping. Dong Yi needs to learn etiquette. 3/31/23 Update: I had to email ask AT ebonyline.com to get shipping updates, only to be told that one of my items is unavailable. I tell them I want a refund for that item. I receive FedEx shipping info but no refund confirmation from this company. I send an email this morning requesting my refund amount because NOTHING IS UPDATED WITH THESE PEOPLE! 'Daejonna D' sends me the amount for the WRONG ITEM and states "Its not going to show on the site, all updates are emailed over and not reflected on the site. I have refunded the removed item, there is no need for us to state false information about refunding any item. I hope you have a great day!" I never stated anything about false information in my email to ask AT ebonyline.com. As a customer, why do I have to reach out at every step? Why are people responding to me with INCORRECT INFORMATION and bad grammar? This site is terrible and I will never make this mistake twice. If my refund amount isn't correct when it hits my bank account, I'll be disputing the entire transaction!
