At E-comfort our main goal is to increase the efficiency of properties within the U.K, through the use of heating and insulation measures.

These measures will lead to a better comfort of living and reduced energy bills.

This can be fully funded by the ECO 4 scheme which may allows us to claim funding if the resident and property qualifies.

totally useless fitted new boiler in wrong place and refused to come back and put right their mistake, they have since been removed from Gas-safe register and BAB, because of many complaints from customers who were left with incomplete installations, they have since gone into liquidation, rectification work was covered by insurance and took 10 months to sort out

Got to bed a 1 am this morning,the boiler these so called gas engineers installed decided to Chuck water out It now displays the L01 code and does not ignite nor does it reset Once again I have found myself mopping up water because of these people These people have ruined my life DO NOT USE these people.I had several quotes off reputable boiler installers and I WISH I had paid for them to install the boiler properly Ecomfort are horrendous in every way possible,you do not get a free boiler because you WILL l have to pay other engineers to rectify the shoddy and dangerous work they do You will have to pay for decoration damage and flooring damage I had to spend hours last night mopping up .My electricity tripped out and the boiler leaked and water ended up in the back of my internet and television rendering both in operable The boiler was installed in my living room at the back of my television because the surveyor said that they couldn’t put it upstairs in the spare room because of extra work and flue restrictions Every time I have any issues with thier work I will continue to update my reviews I have contacted ecomfort but to be honest I do not want them in my property I am now looking at a large bill again for a reputable engineer to sort the problem I have no gas as I’ve been advised to turn it off,I have no electricity (I am waiting for an emergency electrician to come out ) my washer is on its third load as I’ve used all my towels and blankets mopping up And to finish me off I’m sat looking at my chimney breast which requires plastering from the last time I had to get someone out to rectify the cock up e-comfort caused

What a great team Mr Faheem Amer and his 2 workers. They came well prepared and explained exactly what was to be done to install our new combi boiler. They worked extremely hard and managed to finish it in a day. Very helpful and polite. They cleaned up whatever mess was made and removed it all too. I would highly recommend this team and never hesitate to use them again if need be. They went through the instructions of the boiler after completion.

Surveyor rude and intimidating. (Cash was his name) He didn't introduce himself at my front door, only said his name when he was being abusive as he was leaving. " When you leave the Trustpilot review my name is Cash". He said he had to take photos of the back of my house and garden. When I told him he could not take the photos, I would not give him access. He stated I was being rude and was stopping the survey. When questioned why he was taking photos of the structure of my property, windows and doors. As this would not be required for fitting a boiler. He said it was part of the survey and none of my business what pictures he takes. I asked if it was a work or private mobile. If it was for a survey, why didn't he have a work camera, not using a mobile phone. This rings alarm bells. The manager Gary didn't mention structural photos of my security of my home. I have Whatsapp messages from Gary but not one phone call. Strange how Gary didn't answer my calls when I rang him after his abusive guy eventually left my house. I left a message telling Gary I was going to call the police, because of the abuse from Cash. I happen to see about 20 photos of my home. I wondered why it wasn't photos of my boiler. I told Cash I wanted the photos deleted he sent them to his recycle bin. He told me he deleted them but they were still in his phone in the recycle bin. I don't have proof they have been deleted. He lied about deleting them so why should I believe him. I asked to see proof they were deleted, he was rude and abusive, spoke over me, when I said about GDPR, he said it was not relevant. I stated the photos are of my home, so are part of my data, GDPR is relevant. I believe he was CASING THE HOUSE, TO BURGLE ME. He didn't like my dogs. As he was going he told me I had too many dogs in my house. Yet I told his office I had dogs. I replied,"It is my home, I can have as many dogs as I like". When I told him I had camera in my home and outside my home he was not bothered. He continued his abuse me. You would think being told about the cameras he would stop. He was very intimidating. Guess he thought he could bully a vulnerable alone woman. I have reported the company and this conduct to the police. Neither Paul or Gary are answering the phone calls. If this was genuine company you would think they would want to address this matter swiftly.

I used this company under the free boiler scheme, but what a terrible experience! They arrived at 11.45am and didn't leave my house until 1.00am!!!! They left the house in a complete mess and left a badly leaking pipe in the bathroom. I called to report the leak and they said they would send someone out to fix it. Radio silence! I'm now going to have to pay someone else to rectify the problem. Unacceptable to be drilling and banging in someone's house in the middle of the night. All because they didn't want to come back the next day. Wished I'd read the reviews before using these cowboys.

Just got my install done both boiler and loft insulation and im so pleased the team that they have work so hard and get the job done and the results are amazing give u the details of what they are doing, very professional of how they handled it as they also put up with me asking about things so yeah very pleased about the whole ordeal Thank you E-comfort I'm so happy and now can finally have a warm shower !

Did a great job especially as they couldn’t get the old tank out the cupboard. Stayed till it was all done even though it was getting late and they then had a long journey home. Faheem Amer was very good and would definitely recommend this company. Had survey done on Tuesday and the lift insulation and extractor fans were done on the Thursday and boiler and radiator done on Friday. Must also say the surveyor was extremely helpful and lovely.

had our boiler changed and new insulation in the loft. The company got back to us quickly after applying and did a cracking job. From the survey man to the boiler people was very good and professional. Thank you to the team and for helping us out.

Came and fitted boiler in a day. Fantastic chaps. We’re prompt and left me with a new boiler and loft insulation. Would recommend this company. Friendly team. Hardworking engineers.

Came and fitted new boiler after being let down in first appointment, spent 6 hours at my home, after they had gone I then found the mess and damage that was left , carpet in airing cupboard soaking wet, that had leaked through to living room ceiling, they have broken the airing cupboard storage unit I had I there so need to buy new and walked all black stuff up my stairs…I can not contact anyone as either blocked or ignored on what’s app, def won’t recommend these people to anyone

Beware of this company. All the marketing is done via WhatsApp arranging surveys install of boilers etc. If something goes wrong you will get no response from them and all WhatsApp conversations removed. You need to make sure you have something in writing. Had a boiler installed and obviously the pressure test was not done or only run for a few minutes which is important when you have an old system going to a combination boiler. Had it been done correctly then I wouldn’t now be taking up half my tiled kitchen floor at my expense due to leaks. Hoping that this will be the only floor in the house. Company sub contracts the work out to gas engineer/ plumber. Shame that when doing the flue they didn’t have a core drill to make the hole saves the brick work being smashed out and that’s another job to sort. Great if you are a Landlord and don’t care but their add wants homeowners. I was told that they would deal with the boiler warranty as you only get 30 days to do this and all trust was gone-but did it myself and glad I did as there is a safety warning for the Ideal Combi2 C30 Boiler and now have an Ideal engineer coming out. The boiler supplied recommended 6-10 radiators which I have 11 so would have been better with a C35 boiler. Avoid if possible on Eco 4. Update now blocked obviously by the company on there Facebook advertising. Why would such a great company do that? Not allowed to put a negative review Mr Gary Sleeth first point of contact and then you get the Installation Team Tim and Adam who only respond to booking your dates but nothing afterwards. Very poor now waiting to see if work gets registered. Apparently has to be done with a new boiler and once done you can check after 3 months and get the details you require to inform Ofgem and Energy company delivering the grant.

We had our loft insulated and a new boiler instaled all arranged by ecomfort. From start to finish this company were excellent. The man they sent out to look at the heating and do the survey was so nice and polite. He knew his job and answered any questions we had. The men that came out to do the job were efficient and didnt stop working all day. Well worth 2 days of a bit of mess to end up with a nice warm house. Thank you to everyone involved with my new boiler and loft instalment. Not forgetting Adam who sorted it all out for me all hasstle free. Much appreciated to the team.x

Had the loft and boiler done by these, the boiler was changed installation day twice but got there in the end. Two guys who installed it were spot on, and did a cracking job.

Had my new boiler installed today and the 3 guys who installed it were absolutely fantastic. I have to mention Amir who was the main man. He was so polite and friendly, explaining how everything worked. It was a full days work for them and they literally didn't stop. They also cleaned up before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your boiler upgrade. The survey and installation only took a few weeks and the company kept me up to date with everything. I also have to mention the guy who came to do the survey who was also very friendly and helpful, an absolute credit to the company in which they all work for.

Just had my boiler replaced and loft done, would 100% recommend this company. I was explained everything and was given the relevant dates, they worked around my working schedule and after my survey was done, they told me I qualified, my loft and boiler were done within 2 weeks! I was very happy with the quick turnaround as I now have a warm house. The guys who came were all very kind and helpful. Thank you very much!

Excellent company, can’t understand some of the reviews Did question about some of the bad reviews. The company informed me that some of the customer's did not qualify for the grant once the survey was done. So was skeptical. Adam told me trust in the company so I did. And I can say they did not disappoint. Working two days had my loft insulation and new boiler upgrade, along with the wireless thermostat. Guys came in were excellent and helped move stuff from the loft. Boiler guys had a difficult job but did not leave the property until my house was heated. Would Definitely recommend this company. And have also given my mums details to see if they can help her z
