My Driver was smartly dressed and his service was very professional along with an eco friendly car, A Tesla no less which was also very clean and tidy . Well done Eco-Zero I will definitely use you again and will definitely recommend to others. Fantastic service all round

Nov 14,2023Booked on website with a quoted price of £50.00. No confirmation sent so chased up on Facebook and had the booking confirmed. After that text messages from them stating price was £75 - 50% increase from the original quote and confirmation. When challenged on the issue they sent a further text stating that they had removed fixed prices some time ago so it seems they omitted to tell their website, I cancelled and then they sent another text message stating they had no drivers available and my booking was therefore cancelled. All I can say is make 100% sure of what you are booking as this experience with them was very unprofessional and questions how trustworthy they are.
