The company messaged me and tried to rectify the issue but since the decking was already done they could not change it so gave 5 more decking as compensation. I would suggest everyone who receives bad quality deck to contact the company first. They will exchange it. I love how the company are willing to rectify the issues.

The quality of my picket fence was way better than the offerings from certain large DIY stores and cheaper to boot. Not only that but, unlike the oppositions' eDeck's were planed and had a good number of slats per metre. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful, as was customer service when I rang for advice. Will certainly use again.
