Nov 25,2024I liked the range of products and the customer service I received when ordering and from the delivery driver. The decking timber is, in the most part, good quality and what I expected. However there were several boards that were badly stained and marked; a few which were curved (warped) and one where the colour is very different to the rest. In the event, due to the design of my deck, I was able work round these issues and hide the curved boards in shorter sections and put the odd colour one in an area where there is now furniture, so I did not feel the need to ask for replacements, which would have delayed the completion of the deck. Lesson is that I should have checked the delivery better and rejected items if i thought they were going to cause problems.
