Dec 26,2021Was meant as a gift to cheer a relative who was in hospital over Christmas since hospital wasn't allowing visitors. A wee surprise to cheer her. Deliverer has allegedly left it somewhere in the hospital (not taken to ward as addressed). Photo gives no clues. 26th and it still hasn't been located. Upset doesn't start to describe how we are feeling.

Dec 26,2021My item still hasn't been delivered even though I keep getting emails asking me to leave a review. Ordered far enough in advance for it to be delivered on time. Not happy. Expensive for an item that never arrived.
