Dec 06,2021My edible blooms were supposed to be delivered Friday 3/12/21. I ordered them three days previously. As of today Monday they still have not arrived. I ordered them on line from Australia to your uk address. These were for my best friend in England . I have ordered twice before from you and have been highly delighted.l would appreciate it if you could chase this up with your delivery firm DHL . Regards Joyce Flynn

Dec 06,2021Purchased for my niece on her job promotion combing her love of flower and white chocolate. I added a little extra chocs too and the bouquet looked amazing. She absolutely adored her bouquet. Service with Edible was fast from making my choice, payment and confirmation of order. The only let down was DHL who advised order was delayed (no reason given) which was frustrating as the surprise element was lost.

Dec 06,2021Ordered a gift for a friends engagement to be delivered on a Saturday. Got a call from the courier saying no one was in to take it but advised not to leave it by the door and that it could be collected from the shop. The shop then rang and advised it was fine to collect on the Monday ( as the shop closed within 30mins of the deliver slot). I then received an email 45mins later saying that I would be charged if I collected it Monday for a brand new bouquet. Conflicting guidance.
