A nice idea and the recipient was very happy with the chocolate bouquet. Fast and friendly customer service and responsive when I raised a complaint. Fortunately it was delivered to me first as it had been badly handled by the courier and the box damaged. It was also too big so the bouquet moved around and some of the chocolates became dislodged and the whole thing shifted in the cellophane - shame. I did report this to the company and hopefully they will take my suggestions on board. I also feel it was slightly overpriced for the quantity of chocolates but a worthy golden wedding anniversary gift.

Edible Blooms UK were chosen at random to provide and deliver a gift at a set date about two weeks in advance. They kept us up to date with tracking progress and informed of what was happening and when. Fabulous service and excellent to deal with . Thank you Edible Blooms!… we will be back

The overall experience was great. The website could be improved in mobile mode to make it easier to purchase a bouquet. The delivery was great and I received an email letting me know when it would arrive but no email received confirming the delivery had arrived. Lckily the person who received the gift sent a photo and I was thrilled with how beautiful the flower chocolate bouquet looked as well as the size of the Teddy bear. I would use the company again as the courier process is out of there control. Thank you.
