Sep 25,2022Amazing! I ruined a vintage pair of glasses that belonged to my dad. I emailed and Ed was so nice. He was prompt and helpful. I felt safe sending my glasses to him for repair. He even checked back on me (who was slacking at getting them mailed off). I just got them back today and they're better than they were when I got them from my dad. I am so happy to have them back. Great service, great company. I'm so happy I could cry.

Aug 02,2022It is funny how when I intended on making a purchase communication with this company was excellent but as soon as I encounter a problem with my delivery and expect them to take this up with the courier used communication ceases. It appears as though this company was eager to make a sale but is unfortunately, not so eager to provide an adequate after sales service. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this company again after this and will be urging the people I know not to bother either. It is a shame since a bit of courtesy would have gone a long way with me and I would have likely been a repeat customer! UPDATE! The companies response to my initial review above is laughable. How are you going to tell me that my emails complaining of an issue with the delivery didn't reach you yet all the other emails sent to the same address prior to making a purchase did. If you are going to lie out of your back teeth at least make it believable. In addition, I do not recommend that anybody purchase the lenses available on their website and get them to fit these into frames purchased from them or one's you already own. I sent them two pairs of sunglasses that were in pristine condition (were brand new) to fit lenses that I chose from their website and one pair came back with scratches and scrapes on both arms. This is the worst company I have dealt with and the positive reviews probably indicate that only glasses were purchased from their site and no other services were required. Otherwise, the reviews are baffling!
