Apr 08,2025My son recommended Simon Archer, and I'm so glad he did. The engineer (sorry I didn't catch your name ) was polite and efficient. He soon found the fault and was soon able to fix it. When you are a pensioner and on your own I need someone I can trust and I certainly trust Simon Archer Ltd. Thank you.

Mar 07,2025Had a problem with intermittent hot water over a week . Emailed Simon Archer for advice . Within an hour I was contacted back . My main concern was that the boiler was safe to use as there was no error code. I was told it was and later that afternoon an engineer came out and detected a fault , ordered the part. The following afternoon had a call to say they would be fitting the part the next day . And true to their word the engineer arrived on time ,fitted the part . Have had no problems with this company and I would highly recommend them . Have used them for years .

Feb 01,2025Simon Archer and his team are a very professional company. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars for the jobs completed today and in the past. Simon was very helpful in providing a solution to renewing the boarding under my cold water tank (in the loft) which had perished. Chris arrived on time at 15:00 and Boiler Service and Cold Water Tank were all sorted by 16:30. I wouldn't use anyone else! Trusted Local Company. Highly Recommended

Dec 23,2024Been having a lot of trouble with downstairs loo, but after several attempts of trying to resolve the problem, a complete new cistern was installed and that seemed to be the answer. Having trouble with my showers leaking,but as I’m under warranty I will contact the company for an engineer to call. Simon and Chris are very helpful and have always tried to solve the problem for me..Would always recommend them

Dec 16,2024Had an ignition Fault Signal on my Boiler, accompanied with noise. Simon immediately took emergency care, by Chris ensured the Condensate drained AOK, and a few days later completed the work, so the rest of the Winter should be warm. All done without fuss and in a friendly manner.

Apr 23,2025Came home from holiday Easter bank holiday and we had no heating or hot water ! Simon called back and quickly sorted Chris to come over today. Chris diagnosed the issues straight away and even had the parts ready on the van. Chris completed the annual boiler service at the same time as fixing the breakdown. Once again, great service from the team at Simon Archer Ltd.
