Great navigation an very simple to use. I had to cancel a reservation and rebooked a hotel for a later arrival. No problems. Cancellation info via mail and confirmation directly.

I arrived earlier and called the ehotel hotline to see if a check-in is possible sooner. The lady on the phone was very friendly and talked to the hotel. Everything was fine, thank you. Great service!
