Apr 02,2023Ordered from Electromaker as their prices were competitive and I wanted to support them as I like the weekly videos. Happy with their part of the order. Unfortunately UPS charged a $37 Canadian processing fee for a $130 Can order, plus the GST charged by the Canadian government. Makes it too expensive to order from overseas again.

It has been 4 weeks since I notified them of the error, which they acknowledge was their fault when they replied to me 7 days later. I have yet to receive a refund to my CC that they said would take 5-10 days. I am not confident that I will get my refund anytime soon.
