Dec 29,2024I love the Cardputer. It is a nifty little device. However, there were little instructions provided to show me how to use the full capacity of the device. Additionally, there are lots of experiences and questions on the internet about individuals having difficulties getting the firmware or whatever it is to burn the image on so that I could get it on. There are questions about the drivers for the device. I stayed up late at night trying to get game and utility apps onto it. It would always give an error message. I applaud M5Stack for its forgiveness to me and such a nifty little device, but I am truly disappointed that I have not been able to completely enjoy my Christmas gift to myself this year. I delivered an email to you about a day ago as the distributor to kindly suggest what might be going on. So far I have not received an answer yet. Thank you. Dec 11,2024Poor product description caused me to purchase the incorrect product. Contacted their support with no response. Don’t recommend purchasing from them. Update: They responded and are refunding me and stated they will be correcting the poor product description. Raising the review from 1 star to 3 star. It shouldn’t have taken a bad review to get contacted back, but overall I’ll consider purchasing from them in the future.

Dec 11,2024I got my item had missing parts called to see what I could do. Was told to email support did that got a email today the the list for the item bought no longer includes the parts. While the listing stated that they were included come to find out they haven’t been included since 2022. Got a email I could purchase the parts separately even tho I had already paid for them in the kit. It wasn’t about the money but the principles. Called them got it taken care of I will say they do offer great customer support when you call them directly. I’m giving the website it self two stars but I’ll give customer support four stars being helpful and kind not rude like other customers support teams only reason I didn’t give five stars cause I was told to buy the parts separately even I should’ve of have since it was supposed to me included.

Jan 12,2025I came across the M5Stack Cardputer online and they were the only company selling it for the same price as the manufacturer. Amazon wanted more than double the cost. I purchased this devise from them and the shipping was fast and customer service was the best. I will buying more products from them in the very near future.
