We were so well looked after by the local representatives who responded very quickly to our requests and saw that our holiday went without a hitch! Everything booked - all tickets, boarding passes etc arrived promptly. So far excellent - hope the holiday lives up to the preparation!

Apr 15,2015My husband and I have recently returned from a golf holiday in Fuerteventura booked through Elegant Golf Resorts. We left everything to our agent, David, who booked flights, inflight meals, luggage and golf clubs, the hotel at half board (at our request) and all golf tee times!. Everything was fantastic, the hotel (Elba Palace) was one of the best we have ever stayed in, the room, staff and golf was excellent. We have in the past, booked flights, hotel and golf ourselves- not anymore! I would highly recommend making life easier by booking through Elegant Golf Resorts, a very reliable and professional company, we can't wait for our next holiday!

The staff are not only knowledgable but so quick to deal with your questions and requirements that it gives you so much confidence that your resort choice is correct. They seem to detail all your requirements without asking from airport transfers to golf club carrage, advice on what courses to play and even when green maintainance was being done, just top class.

Apr 14,2015The hotel (Sirene) had a number of shortcomings. The food buffets became tedious after a couple of days - it was rather like industrial catering. The lighting in the rooms was very poor - you had to go to bed to use the reading light. The staff were however very good.

Apr 14,2015This company take justifiable pride in their customer service during the booking process - however we do feel they could profile their customers better to ensure the holidays they book are absolutely right for their clients. After the holidays, we always comment on the total lack of feedback sought about whether or not everything went to the customers satisfaction. We have comments about both of our recent holidays, but these comments have not been sought.

May 14,2015I have used 3 other tour operators over the years and found them wanting each time hence my decision to change companies. I have booked two tours now with Elegant golf and found the two people I have dealt with to be helpful with all my needs and immediately responsive. I believe that most companies are very much the same when it comes to pricing so it all comes down to customer service. As long as this high level of service I receive continues, I will continue booking with Elegant golf.
