Feb 11,2024I have been trien to fill out my date application but everytime I try it sends me to reset my password and then it won’t send the info I need to my email…called and talked to someone and said that she fixed it but i was at work and I checked when I hit off and it wasn’t in my email spam or junk files…I would really like to get my card cuz I hav already had the dr appointment just hav to do this one last thing…please help

Feb 09,2024It was quick and easy. Everything moved quickly and within the hour my approval was sent and received my the state. I received confirmation from both agencies and in 2 weeks my card arrived.

Feb 04,2024The recommendation I was given did not have the correct prescriber identification number. I have called and sent numerous emails with little assistance. At first the call center didn’t understand the question and kept telling me to “read the email” then when I got through to someone else, I was told I would get a call back and never heard back. Hopefully I’ll hear back today. Still no response to my email asking for an updated letter with the correct number. If a friend had not used this service I would been concerned I just got scammed.

After my appointment it took less than 10 minutes for the Dr to send the recommendation to my dispensary! If you call they may have a discount available for certain dispensaries and I was able to get $25 off. Highly recommended and I’ll use this service again.

Jan 18,2024Emailed instructions were not clear. I gollowed instructions and did the application and everything myself after having paid yall to do it. Weeks into my wait and i have no clue if im even going to get my card now cause who knows if it was right. I want my money back!
