I had paid for the bundle for Elevate to mail be a physical copy of my Medical card and after I had paid for everything my confirmation email stated that it is not their responsibility to send out physical cards and it was the patient who had to do it. I'd very much like a refund, but I almost expected to be taken advantage of.
SIMPLE Elevate makes this process simple and easy for anyone to do. The doctors I've had are very friendly and thorough. No stress to get out and see a doctor in person when you can simply do it from your house!

Elevate was absolutely amazing! My SIL recommended the site to me. It made the experience of renewing my MMJ card ridiculously easy… I sat in my living room, filled out the easily understood questions, the cost was THE lowest I’ve found ANYWHERE else, immediately had a FaceTime with a legitimate doctor immediately after submitting the questionnaire, and had access to the doctor’s approval sent to my email and via text within 5 minutes to send through the state MMJ licensing site. They also make themselves available for online communication if you have any questions or need assistance submitting through your state website as well. I didn’t have to use this tool, but it definitely took the anxiety out of the experience knowing they were there at the drop of a hat. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Elevate and will continue to use in the future. Everything was organized, easy, and the doctor was extremely professional, very helpful with knowledge, and actually had a personality which I consider important too. I received emails and texts with helpful links, updates, receipts, and the recommendation all within a few seconds of when I was on each component of the renewal questionnaire and speaking with doctor. No waiting and guessing whether or not they were actually following through what they say they will. Thank you for everything! Recommend to everyone renewing!

Very simple and straightforward. Scheduled appointment got in same day. Paid the money talked to doc and all of the state info was uploaded to Missouri site within hours. Thank you elevate. Oh I forgot. It's by far the cheapest.

I have used Elevate Holistics for the last several years for my initial application and my annual renewals. I’m impressed how easy they make the entire process. I’ve always been able to get online doctor appointments right away and they handle all the paperwork. I was very skeptical to use an online service and I’m so pleased that it’s been so easy/great! I rarely leave reviews however, positive reviews are what lead me to use Elevate Holistics, so I want to make sure I share that with others!
Easy to make an appointment many options for appointments that were convenient. Very easy and user friendly process. They are very prompt with issuing certificates. This is my second time using them and I would definitely recommend them

I have emailed a few times, seeking to get my email address at the Ohio registry updated/changed, as the registered email account no longer exists. I contacted the registry's support team, and they told me that YOU folks need to help me with that. I have received no contact from you folks at all. I am unable to login to the registry, and cannot do a password reset to get in, because they do not have my current email address! NOT VERY HELPFUL!!!!
