Jan 15,2025Beware Before Using Elevate Holistics for Medical Marijuana Card Renewal I’ve held a medical marijuana card since 2022 and have renewed it annually without issue. Typically, the renewal process is straightforward: pay the fee, meet with a licensed professional, and you’re good to go. However, my experience with Elevate Holistics this past December was anything but smooth. I scheduled my renewal with Dr. Johnathan Miller, MD, through Elevate Holistics. The consultation was unusually brief—less than 30 seconds. While I initially assumed this was just efficiency, I soon learned that it was the first red flag. After the appointment, I attempted to make a purchase using my card, only to discover it was no longer valid. I contacted Elevate Holistics’ support team and was informed that my physician had failed to update my MMCC (Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission) account with the state. Over a month later, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to reach anyone in their support team despite multiple attempts. This experience has been frustrating, and I will not be continuing business with Elevate Holistics. Their lack of professionalism and support has caused significant inconvenience. If you’re considering using Elevate Holistics for your medical marijuana needs, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution—or better yet, look elsewhere.
