Had a small issue which I contacted the company about and Kevin took care of it immediately and promptly. Talk about excellent customer service. Will not hesitate to buy from here again.

Feb 07,2025This is an early review but could change over time, living with my new future. No complaints about the overall experience. Delivery was pretty quick considering the large items (dining table/coffee table). Quality of the furniture looks really good. Solid wood. No dmg that I can see right now. Customer service was probably the bright spot for me. When I emailed and enquired about my item delivery I received an unexpected call back within 10mins. Ive never known that before. He dealt with my questions and left me very happy. So I highly recommend this company. Oh and their prices are crazy competitive. Saved over £300 on my order.

We bought a Fumed oak unit and 2 side tables, We were extremely satisfied with all products and the prices were fantastic, We saved about £400 compaired to buying from other retailers.

The entire process from start to finish has been exemplary - I called them with a query I had on the furniture before making my purchase and they telephoned the supplier and immediately called me back with the information. I placed the order and received a message later the same day offering a delivery date. The furniture arrived very well packaged and it looks really beautiful in our bedroom. The quality is excellent! I would have no hesitation in buying from Ellis home again - thank you from one happy customer!
