I offer osteopathic treatment that is based not only on getting you out of pain, but also providing you with the explanation you need to understand how you injured yourself and educating you in how to avoid the injury in the future.

In the initial appointment we will go through a case history to fully understand your problem and also a lifestyle and past medical history to understand all the other factors that may be contributing to your problem.

Osteopathy is not just for sore backs, but also for heads, shoulders knees and toes to name but a few. It is suitable to treat all your joints and treatment is also suitable for all ages.

I have found osteopathy to be especially helpful for the over 65 population where the aches and pains are creeping in and perhaps they are loosing some of their mobility. Treatment can help give them back the spring in their step and help them fully enjoy life again rather then being limited by pain.

I give you exercises and work with you to address long term postural compensations that you may have adapted to following the injury or … that may have indeed led to the injury.

I also offer Cranio-sacral therapy, which while similar to Cranial Osteopathy is slightly different and is a treatment open to adults. It is great for helping with stress relief and also Headaches. It can also help with TMJ problems.

I also offer evening appointment 3 days of the week. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
