May 30,2019Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet og et stort potensiale, men er fullstendig utdatert. Her er det ikke gjort noe oppdatering siden hotellet ble bygd, sannsynligvis rundt 1980. Tepper og gardiner på rommene er gammelt og slitt. Maten var heller ikke til å bli imponert av, men de unge ansatte var hyggelige. Det er akseptabelt for en billig penge, men heller ikke mer enn det.

May 30,2019My first online booking. I found it super easy to book and prices were very reasonable. I had an issue when I checked in at the hotel though and unfortunately the hotel wouldn't sort out the issue and left it in my hands to handle so that was a little frustrating. I think I ended up paying more money then I needed to for my reservation.

May 28,2019Wir warten seit 2 Tagen auf eine Buchungsbestätigung, bekommen keinerlei Rückmeldung und nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel geht das Einschecken nur mit Voucher. In 2 Tagen geht der Flug. Total unseriös. Telefonisch wird man immer auf den Messenger verwiesen, Dort verlaufen die Anfragen im Sande. Trotz dringendem Handlungsbedarf.

May 28,2019Je fais une réservation en février pour un hôtel à Londres le 25 mai 2019 jusque là tout se passe bien. mon compte est débité de la somme ! quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel samedi 25 à 15h, avec des enfants, à l'accueil aucune réservation à mon nom. C'est une blague, moment de grande panique. On me dit appeler elvoline, impossible, une boîte vocale qui tourne en rond c'est honteux, je ne vais pas en rester là. Nous étions à la rue sans savoir où dormir, l'hôtel était plein donc nous avons du payer un autre hôtel bien sur beaucoup plus cher vu l'heure de réservation ! C'est vraiment un site pourri et non fiable une honte de laisser des familles dehors alors que j'avais une réservation payée en main. J'espère qu'ils auront l'amabilité de me répondre et de me rembourser car pour le moment toujours aucune réponse au mail que j'ai envoyé samedi. Je suis vraiment très en colère.

May 27,2019Die Probleme bein einchecken, weil die Buchungen nicht gefunden wurden können verschiedenen Ursachen gehabt haben.... Es ist aber unmöglich den Kunde-Support zu erreichen. Die Rechnungen wurden nicht korrekt ausgestellt. Mails werden ignoriert und am Telefon wird man immer bis zu der Stelle weiter geführt, an der man gebeten wird eine Mail zu schreiben. Null Sterne dafür. Nie mehr wieder mit Elvoline!!

May 25,2019Our reservation was not what we paid for. I've tried contacting Elvoline via phone, email and facebook - but no response. We ordered a standard room with private facilities but the hostel informed us that Elvoline made the reservation for shared facilities. It wasn't possible to reach Elvoline at check-in nor after our stay. I'll never book through Elvoline again.
