May 04,2019Hotel nice in the center, parking garage is for nothing if you leave the hotel on Sunday to 8 o'clock. Great to go in the neighborhood. You can easily reach the harbor and the bus to the Liberty stadium

May 03,2019After having reserved and payed a room with see view i had only a standard room payed the price of a room with see view: it was clearly because of elvoline. trying many, many,many times to contact elvoline i am still waiting for an answer: nobody answer phone calls, nobody answer emails.

May 03,2019Site sans aucune fiabilité quant aux réservations effectués. Nous n'avons pas eu la catégorie de chambre que nous avions réservés et payé. Pour régler ce litige, aucune possibilité de les joindre que ce soit par téléphone, email ou chat. Site à ne surtout pas utiliser.

May 02,2019We had booked two single rooms through Elvoline. On arrival at the hotel, we were told that the booking platform had sent a shared accommodation instead of the two single rooms. Unfortunately, we would then have to spend two nights in the shared accommodation, as the hotel was supposedly fully booked. Unfortunately a very sad experience.

May 01,2019Три дня пытаюсь отменить одну из броней на elvoline.com. Уверенность в том,что это кидалово крепнет с каждым часом! С сайта отменить невозможно, в соцсетях никакой реакции, по телефонным номерам только автоинформатор,который отсылает в help center на сайт и опять замкнутый круг. Что с второй бронью - даже не знаю. Вроде как подтвержденная,но какое может быть доверие в этом случае? На возврат денег от elvoline у меня есть еще две недели. До отпуска три недели. Однозначно не рекомендую данный ресурс для бронирования! Elvoline! Выходите на связь и верните мне мои деньги!!!

May 01,2019Забронировали через Elvoline отель Alara hotel в Турции с бесплатной отменой бронирования до 15.05.19. Деньги списали, ваучер прислали. Вроде все ок. Несколько дней назад попытались отменить бронь: через личный кабинет- появляется сообщение о технической ошибке ( пробовали несколько раз, через разные браузеры- результат один). Написали в поддержку- ответа нет. Позвонили на общий номер - автоинформация и сброс вызова. Опять написали - снова нет ответа. И вот что теперь делать? На сайте заявлена поддержка 24/7, а по факту- ее вообще нет. Так что лучше с Evoline не связываться.
