The hotel was classed as 4 star, but with the amount of improvements going on and needed further, I think 3 star status is appropriate currently. People in the hotel were courteous and were very helpful. However, one must ensure that their message is clearly understood as one gets the impression that they have understood your query, but turns out that they have not due to language.

Apr 08,2019Easy to book hotels, great deals and good info on the webpage. The only thing that could be better is to be able to see if breakfast is included in the booking and to clarify if you will have pay in advance or not.

Apr 07,2019It's is a good hostel. Toilets were clean but I had a little problem with the shower. You can have access to the internet only in launch. If you want you can pay 6€ per day and have breakfast.

Apr 04,2019Myself and my husband have booked 2 days in Starfish hotel in Cayo Santa Maria (Cuba) with Elvoline. The hotel was nice but the rooms and the commun space need to be restored. The quality of the food was poor. We have appreciated the courtesy of the employees and the beautiful beaches. Regards
