Apr 23,2019Italiana Hotel is a made up 4 star. Except the breakfast part, almost all the other things were bad. The internet was pathetic and room lighting was worse. Please have a look about the hotel condition before you post in your website. These sort of turnoffs would really make me sceptical to book through elvoline.com next time as the credibility is somewhere lost. Thanks

Contro: Camera con vista che richiamava le avventure del mitico Ragionier F. Reception si puó migliorare Piscina peccato la mancata notizia al momento della prenotazione del “out of service” per motivi stagionali.

Apr 23,2019Highly recommend this website. We booked an apartment at Lagoon 1770 at cheapest rates we could find during busy Easter time. No problem with the booking and smooth check-in. We would definitely use it again.

Apr 23,2019I must say that i feel very disappointed that my complaint was not acknowledged or registered during my stay at the Paris Pullman hotel. I spoke to reception on 2 separate occasions ...once to Jeff and once to the manager...It seems like there is a big communication issue and this gives us no reassurance of being listened to by the person who is responding to these posts or by the actual hotel...Makes me think that getting my finance was taking priority in this situation.
