Good sound and comfort all around! I wish the ear pieces were a little more comfortable, but I think these are set up to be more durable and long-lasting.

I did not like paying shipping. I am a teacher and I'm ordering these for my students and paying with my own money. Free shipping would be wonderful.

I called in an order because online wouldn't take tax exempt and the representative was super nice and helpful. It would be great to do online, but having a pleasant call made it okay!
