Sep 09,2016I am an educator in Durham, North Carolina and called Encore Data to see if they could donate headphones to some of our students. Holly in customer service, picked up the phone and listened to my request. She made me aware of a site where I could apply for a donation. However, she also mentioned she would tell her direct supervisor about my request and maybe he would also help. After an email to Jeff Burgess, within two days I had notice I would be receiving 200 sets of headphones. We so much appreciate the company's generosity and giving spirit of its employees.

Sep 05,2016The company is good with the order and shipping. I wish the headphones were a little more durable as far at the plug ends go. The wires rip out very easily. But I guess that is why they are so inexpensive.

Sep 03,2016this was my first time using encore I googled the ear pads and Encore popped up I called got a friendly, professional service rep. I wasn't on the phone any time. I was given the date the merchandise would shipped. This was the fastest service on any order that I have ever used. I will surely use Encore again, and refer them too.
