Despite going back and forth for gas and electricity prices and the invasion of Ukraine stopping prices altogether, (which they also let us know about), the account manager was always friendly and helpful in finding the best prices for us. I'd used them before prior to the company being bought and went back to them for the new owners. I wouldn't hesitate to use Energy Advice Line again. Thank you.

Very pleased with service, unlike most of the other online energy comparison websites, these guys arent pushy, and they let you see quotes online and look at them in your own time. Phone call I got was pleasant and just a follow up and not pushy at all.

A fast and efficient service that saved me at least a couple of K per annum over the cost of a competitor market comparison company. Liam @ Energy Advice was courteous and professional at all times and quickly resolved a mistake made by British Gas without me having do any more work than bring it to his attention.

Tom has just succeeded in sorting out a very confusing situation that one and a half hours speaking ( mainly waiting to speak) to different departments of EDF had brought no success whatsoever. Tom found the accounts that needed changing from a developers supply to regular accounts and gave me all the information of N Pan numbers etc that would make any future dealings with EDF easier. He reviewed the existing accounts we have plus setting up a new 3 year contract on a very competitive price that was lower than l was expecting. This was all done with such polite patience. l am extremely Dyslexic, l struggle with emails & had employed the help of my bookkeeper with her computer to try and sort the problem on line for me, when my attempts on the telephone the previous day had been unsuccessful. Unfortunately EDF’s online site crashed shortly into the process, which was when l managed to find Toms number that l had taken quite some time ago after he had first called me and been so helpful. I can only reiterate what a fantastic service Tom provided with a situation that involved several accounts and was far from clear,all with such patient good humour. Very many thanks Sarah Macdonald

After calling a few companies for help in finding a business elec contract I was at the end of my tether until i spoke to Liam. I knew straight away that he would try his best to help me, he was a breath of fresh air. There was no hard sell and he doesn't bombard/hassle you trying to flog you all sorts of different products (unlike some other companies that I rang). He replies to emails on the same day and is always on hand if you have any questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam and in giving him a five star review.

I have used energy advice line for several years now. I have always found them to be helpful at providing the options and prices available. I have dealt with Matt for several years and he has always provided an excellent service, responding to requests to seek out renewable energy quotes to help meet our green agenda.

Hi we have moved a few Utility Suppliers around a few different towns and Matt McAdam has been so helpful and supportive through this process.
