I'm secure in the knowledge that my contract renewal is handled within the notice period required by the supplier and I achieve the most competative price available. JO handled all the 'official stuff' thoroughly, with great humour and understanding - really refreshing when we get so many uninvited 'cold calls' from unknown origins.

Jul 05,2013Energy Advice Line is now a service which I would not be without. Being a very high Gas & Electricity user, our choice of energy supplier is so important in order to keep our costs down. We have been with EAL now for a few years and I have no doubt they have saved us thousands of pounds over that time. We use EAL for renewing both our Gas and Electricity suppliers and really for us, it is no work at all. At the appropriate time we receive a call from one of the EAL advisers, they inform me of the best choice of suppliers for the new contract. I make a decision based on all the prices on offer, and the EAL do all the paperwork for me. We have been lucky enough to have been taken through the process by the same adviser, Craig Shepherd on several occasions now. It makes a difference to have a certain amount of familiarity and trust with the adviser that is helping you, and I would definitely commend Craig on his helpful and friendly attitude, and of course efficiency (especially in tracking me down, as I'm not always the easiest person to get on the end of a phone!). Once the switch over is underway, all I have to do is remember to send off a termination letter to my current supplier, a template of which is helpfully supplied on the Energy Advice Line website! Can't think how it could be made any simpler!

Jul 04,2013I happened upon the Energy Advice Line whilst searching Google for comparison sites for our business electricity, I tried the usual sites and then decided to give EAL a try, how glad am I that I did! The online quotation process was quick and easy and I had a whole host of offers to choose from in the email that arrived almost instantly. The email was followed by a courtesy call from Craig Shepherd, whom I found to be extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable, he guided me through the process of choosing a suitable offer for our business and all the relevant paperwork and information was emailed to me within minutes of ending our call. A totally stress free process, with no pressure selling and we will save an impressive £1k per year! I cannot recommend EAL and Craig highly enough. Many thanks!
