Aug 20,2021Highly recommend building in an Approval Process to enable business to approve visitors prior to coming onsite. Standing up another app to integrate into Envoy is not only the added expense of developing the application but also the continued maintenance needed in addition to Envoy. Envoy should invest to add more value to their software application. Customer support/success team members are very responsive and very good with understanding the user's needs.

It has a ton of integrations with tools that most people use, so that make it even more valuable. In addition to that, they adjusted and offered some great features during the pandemic that really helped us and our staff as we transitioned back into the office and to help with that. Great company and constantly evolving.
