Feb 08,2017For the past 25 years or so I have been using their CoQ10 product as I am on a Statin drug. Lately, for the past couple of years, I had been taking Trimagnesium Citrate capsules to prevent cramps in my legs. Tishcon has discontinued selling this product; and I am truly disappointed. I hope they will bring back this product. Keep up the good work you all have been doing.

Feb 10,2017I find your website and company most helpful. There have been times my order had "issues" and the people in customer service were very interested in helping me get it straightened out. They were friendly and caring. I am rather frustrated with your prices, though. There are other online pharmacies for mitochondrial medicines, many which you carry, that are much less expensive. As my daughter is on SSDI and very little of it, it's hard to have enough to cover her mito meds. It would be great if Epic4Health would have more competitive pricing. I know you already think you do but after checking out many other online pharmacies, I have learned otherwise. I stay with Epic because of the customer service. It's very very good.
