Apr 11,2018I ordered a supply of pills that were supposed to last at least 6 months but when I received them the expiration on the 3 bottles were 8/31/18, five months from the time that I bought them. I contacted customer service via email and received the answer the very next day. Karen Agreda offered me to change the bottle and issue credit but unfortunately these pills were going abroad for my mother in law so returning them was not an option. After explaining my problem I also let Karen know about how distrustful I feel about ordering anything again and she took care of my problem by issuing credit for one of the bottles that I bought. I work in the hospitality industry and understand how important repeated customers are. Well, Karen made a difference, she really demonstrated how important customer service is. I will keep buying my pills from them because they really care. Great job Karen . Thanks for caring.
