Oct 06,2023Hey there! I just tried out the free trial of this software that removes DRM from Kindle books. I have many ebooks purchased from Amazon, but I wanted to be able to read them on devices besides just my Kindle. I figure if I own the books, I should be able to use them however I want, you know? Moreover I don't have to keep my Amazon account active to be able to access my purchased books. The free trial only lets you unlock 20% of each book, but it was enough for me to test it out. I was really impressed by how fast it decrypted my Kindle books! Super handy if you want more flexibility with your ebook collection. The full paid version probably unlocks everything, but the trial gave me a good feel for how well the software works. I am considering buying the full version. Pretty neat stuff overall. Just thought I'd share my experience in case you were curious about removing DRM from your Kindle library.

Oct 05,2023I tried the free trial to remove DRM from a .acsm file i purchased online since I unfortunately coudn't open it on multiple devices. With the free version you only get 20% of the file; plus it only converts text (no pictures etc.). However I think it's a good way to see how the software works. I will see if i want to purchase the paid version and update this review accordingly.

I wasted about 2 hours trying other converters and was going to give up before finding Epubor. The download was easy and all I did was drag and drop my file. It converted in seconds and was ready to use. Worth every penny

Sep 18,2023I downloaded the trial version to use on a Kindle ebook which I wanted to read on my Pocketbook Inkpad 3. After following the instructions for Mac, I installed the app and loaded the ebook. It worked first time and now I can read the book on my Pocketbook. Thank you, Epubor!

Sep 12,2023Responding to Epobor's response I updated with new update (2nd update so far) and nothing has changed. I even tested with a previous, years ago, purchased book. Not only can Epubor not remove drm from recently purchased books but the 2nd recent problem is that it marks some old and newer purchases as rentals.

Sep 12,2023I have tried Eubor Ultimate for a month now and Love the ease of backing up my purchases really is. As my title states there has been a hiccup in use of Epubor Utimate and Amazon Products. That is not the fault of Epubor but Amazon for not undertanding its cusomer base. I have no doubt Epubor Egineers are woking on this problem and will overcome it in time as always. I hope to be a long time user of Epubor Products. Thanks Mike Loftus

Sep 06,2023Epubor does NOT convert new kindle books (with extension AZW3) - in spite of their claim to the contrary. They refused to refund my purchase. Instead, they wanted to extort more money from me. They wanted me to purchase their "Kindle Converter" in order to fix the problem with the product (Epubor) that I already paid for.

Oct 06,2023Ho utilizzato Epubor Ultimate per convertire un file acsm in file Epub e devo dire che mi ha stupito la velocità di conversione. Unica nota che il file convertito perde i contenuti media. come le immagini, e il testo non rispetta dunque l'impaginazione originale.
