Aug 28,2021This is a great product. Converted a few books for me that Caliber couldn't. The only time I ran into a glitch was with the new kfx format, but it is early days yet, and I am sure they'll crack it going ahead, or already have and I haven't figured or know how to get around it yet.

Aug 28,2021I was excited to try this out given the high reviews but on their website, half of the 5-starts were actually the company "replying" to their customers as they rated themselves. As for the program itself, it did not work at all despite the several tutorials I have tried. Mac users beware, it is a will suck you into hours of futility. For the most part, I feel like I wasted decent money on this and still haven't heard from customer service for a refund. You're just bombarded with more tutorials. That's another thing, their tickets don't work and you aren't issued any official number -- you just get contacted with a Gmail account which doesn't seem very reliable. I will change this rating when I finally get my money back because I will still like to try the Windows version. That "trial" version went better even if you are not able to convert a full book.

Aug 20,2021Digital Rights Management (DRM) is about restrictions not rights. If you buy an ebook, you should be free to use as you would a print copy that you purchased. DRM is not in the consumer's interest. Fortunately, there's an app for that and it's called Epubor Ultimate. It works very well to get round DRM.
